There is something only you can contribute to the world.
But are you and your work really aligned with it?
Each one of us has a once-in-eternity set of gifts, as unique as our fingerprints.
Yet most of us never get to express them fully.
Instead, we get on paths that are not our own…
force ourselves to be someone we are not...
end up with careers and businesses that don't fulfill us…
build brands that don't distinguish us…
copy what others do…
suffer from imposter syndrome....
and remain blind to our value.
Until we wake up one day feeling we are on the wrong track, not knowing who we are and what we are here for.
Depending on where you are on your journey, we will use a mix of the tools below to help you get clear on your purpose, build confidence in your own value, and give it full expression through your work AND life.
However we end up working together, you will find your compass, discover an empowering new way to look at yourself, the world, and your role in it, and get back into greater harmony with yourself.
Everything I do is rooted in storytelling because stories are all there is.
They shape how we view ourselves and the world. They frame what we think is possible. They influence our decisions and actions. Moment by moment, they determine our reality - whether we are aware of it or not.
In most cases, I find that my clients are simply lost in their story.
I help them pick it apart, see the crumbs hidden in plain sight, and weave all the pieces together so they can open their eyes to the wonder they are and make the difference they were born to make.
how I came to this work
I always longed to forge my own path and do something meaningful. But with every decision I made, I got more and more lost. I yearned to understand my purpose. I felt the frustration of owning a business that didn’t light me up and living a life that was not turning out the way I had hoped. I came to believe I had nothing special to offer and it killed my confidence and self-worth.
Until the loss of my partner put me on a quest that changed everything I thought I knew about myself. I began to see the big picture that had been playing out all along. I understood the real reasons behind many of my challenges and the essential role I came to fulfill in the world.
I felt how much I matter...and started to fall in love with myself and my life, for the very first time.
